Steering group

The steering group for CAI-X consists of representatives from Odense University Hospital and University of Southern Denmark, who must work with the centre's overall framework and decide which projects and tasks must be carried out. The steering group ensures consistency between CAI-X's terms of reference and day-to-day operations.

The steering group's overall responsibility is to work to create better healthcare services through the intelligent use of data and technology. This must be done by bringing competences from the University of Southern Denmark (SDU) closer to Odense University Hospital (OUH). The unique combination of competences will ensure health innovation and research within AI at a high international level, with a particular focus on: the doctrine of diseases, screening methods, diagnostics, new treatment and prevention.
