WHINN 2022
At this year’s WHINN – Week of Health and Innovation, CAI-X hosted a full day about AI in future healthcare.
The programme was a chance to learn more about clinical AI through the presentations of the MAGIC project by Mohammad Talal Elhakim and AI for camera capsule endoscopy by Gunnar Baatrup as well as AI in clinical practice through cases from Odense University Hospital and Bispebjerg Hospital.
Iben Fasterholdt and Anne Gerdes presented the novel MAS-AI model for assessment of AI and discussed why and how to validate and assess solutions based on algorithms and artificial intelligence., and we also touched upon the ethical and human aspects of introducing AI in the healthcare system.
The panel debate at the end of the day summed up the key points, discussions and wishes for the future when the panel (and audience) discussed how clinical AI can become a natural part of clinical practice.
WHINN 2023 will take place on 8-9 November 2023 in Forskerparken in Odense.
